These terms cover detailingscaled.com, links.detailingscaled.com and the text messages we send. Detailing Scaled is a brand of Apex Integrations LLC, based in Phoenix, Arizona. Using our sites or forms means you agree to them.
Our services
We build websites, run ads and set up marketing systems for mobile detailers. What you get, what it costs and when it is delivered are set out in the proposal or invoice for your project. Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, so we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, jobs or revenue.
Text message program
If you check the box on one of our forms, or tell us yes, you agree to get calls and texts from Detailing Scaled at the number you gave us, including automated follow-ups. Texts are about your request, scheduled calls, follow-ups and the services you buy. How often we text varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We will confirm with one last message and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@detailingscaled.com. Giving permission is never a condition of buying anything. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Payments
Invoices are paid through the payment link we send you, processed by Stripe. Recurring services are billed as agreed in your proposal or invoice.
Our content
The text, designs and images on our sites belong to us unless they belong to a client and say so. Work we create for you is covered by your project agreement.
Limits
Our sites are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service the claim is about.
