What we collect
What you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email, business name, what you need and anything else you tell us. If you use our Detail Pro app, we may also use the business details from your Detail Pro account, such as your business name, phone, city and how you use the app, to see whether our services are a fit for you.
Our sites use cookies and similar tools, including Meta's pixel, to measure how our ads perform. They do not receive what you type into our forms.
How we use it
To reply to your request, call or text you about our services, schedule and run calls, deliver the work you buy from us, send invoices, and improve how we do all of that.
Text messages
We only text you if you checked the box giving us permission, or told us yes directly. Messages are about your request, scheduled calls, follow-ups and the services you buy. How often we text varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Giving permission is never a condition of buying anything.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us send the messages.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, our customer database, our texting and email platform, and payment processing through Stripe, and only for that purpose. We may also share it if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we are working with you or following up with you, and as long as we need it for records, taxes and legal reasons after that.
Your choices
Reply STOP to stop texts. Email contact@detailingscaled.com to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop calls and emails.
Changes
